The Shared Realm

"Then they may..." Dominic trailed off. He was going to say, Then they mat not be dead, but something stopped him.
He noticed she was crying ever so slightly. The Half-breed thought of his parents. or rather, the lack of them.
"How old were you?" he asked softly.

"About 13. I was trained as a hunter very young. A family friend taught me the rest." Cellena said.

"When I was 13 I was starting my first year of training. I finished when I was twenty," Dominic told Cellena.

"They taught me the basics at 5. I wansn't very good back then." Cellena laughed slightly.

"My mother never encouraged me to be a hunter. It was the last thing she wanted me to be," Dominic said with a slightly bitter laugh.

"What did she want you to be?" Cellena asked.

"An Angel," Dominic said with a slightly angry tone to his voice.

"I'm geussing that you didn't get along to well, sorry." Cellena turned away.

"It's all in the past now. All in the past," he sighed.
A small animal ran past Dominic's feet. What was that?

Groven felt the creature too.

"Did anyone know what that was?" asked Dominic.

"No... I didn,t see it very well." Said Groven

"Oh well. It was probably not important," Dominic said with a shrug.

Cellena new what it was, she didn't say anything. It wasn't too dangerous.

Dominic was slightly uncomfortable when he heard breathing off in the trees. He knew it was a dragon, and also knew it wasn't very likely to attack, but Dominic was, in all honesty, afraid of dragons.

Cellena ran off into the bushes. She came back with the creature. She saw it staring at her.

Dominic pretended not to be scared as the dragon moved around. He was very good at pretending.

Cellena searched the small creature then let it go.

"What was it?" asked Dominic. He heard the breathing slow. The dragon was sleeping.

"A spykon. It is a small robotanimal. It is like a spybot. It is from my clan. I checked to make sure it was safe."
Cellena said

Dominic was ever-so-slightly uncomfortable with spybots running around, but said nothing. What wwould it achieve anyway?

"Makes sure that we are not betraying the clan and making sure we are safe." Said Cellena.

"Okay," said Dominic, still not consoled.

"Theres a dragon close. I think we should move." Cellena said.

"Yes. Let's," argrees Dominic.

She liked dragons, but this one sounded big.

"Where shall we go?" asked Dominic.

Somewhere. Where do you need to go? We arn't really doing anything special.

"I'm not really sure. I don't have anywhere I need to be," Dominic told them.

"Well, tell us when you do." Cellena replied with a laugh.

Dominic laughed along with them. "The only one who'll miss me is my cat," he said, smiling.

"You have a cat? I love cats!" Cellena said.

(We should probably stop for Kalliah...)

(I don't know if shes comming back. I hope she is...)

Lyreh remained silent with Terpt along this whole conversation, listening and taking in all the information. She and her companion surely didn't mind half breeds, but Lyreh wasn't all that comfy with Groven, honestly. She shuffled her position a bit, thinking about the creature they had mentioned, and the presence of a spybot and a dragon. With a small nudge, she and Terpt left the group without saying a word. If they followed, they would continue conversation, but right now, they had business to attend to and this had been a bit of a distraction.

Dominic saw Lyreh and Terpt leaving and noted his chance.
"I must go now too," he told Groven, Cellena and the other one with a graceful bow.

Groven and Cellena raced to get Rondan and stoped Dominic in his tracks. "We want to go too!" said Cellena.

"I'm not going anywhere interesting..." Dominic started, stepping sideways out of their path.

Cellena steped foward and grabbed Dominic. "We can go, we will leave if we cause any trouble. We promise." Cellena said. Groven was looking at Dominic strange.

Lyreh took this time to pipe up. "Are you saying you all want to come along?" she asked, turning her head towards the rest of the group, her expression rather confused.

"Ah, um," Dominic stammered, unnerved by Groven's stare and Lyreh's demand. "I think..." he trailed off, unsure or what was actually going on.

"Ok... Who actually has somthing important to do?" Cellena asked confused.

Lyreh raised her chin higher, patting Terpt on the back as well. She glanced around at the group for input.

"Well I need to go and do something with other people to clear my mind." Groven said with a grunt while shaking slightly.

"I was going to go home and sit alone on my roof and hope my stupid cousin didn't come over. That's about it," offered Dominic.
He always sat on his roof. It was low to the ground and Dominic Rose found it was a good place to meditate.

(You said the roof was low to the ground...)

"Well that sounds like fun." Said Cellena with joy in her voice.

(It is. The house is a low house. Therefore the roof is low to the ground. It's short like me. A midget house.)

Lyreh breathed in a heavy sigh. "So nobody's coming anymore?" she was obviously a bit confused at the moment.

"Its not like you told us what ur doing... We will go if you want us?" Cellena said.

"I'll come if I'm wanted," Dominic offered, "but don't feel you need to ask me along."
