Rules For User Messages

This is a place where you can leave a public message to another user. A message can only be left if that user opens up a thread titled with their user name. If there is no thread then messages cannot be left. Keep in mind that even people who are not members will be able to view this so if it's something you'd rather keep private you should PM them.
